Mobile & responsive
Overflows, cramped pages, broken menus and layouts that fail on smaller screens.
↗Small website problems, clearly scoped
A straightforward UK website repair service for small, clearly scoped technical problems.
What we fix
SiteTriage is for practical problems that can be understood, safely scoped and properly checked. We review the issue first, then confirm what is included.
Overflows, cramped pages, broken menus and layouts that fail on smaller screens.
↗Contact forms and key interactions that have stopped working as expected.
↗Dead links, missing pages, awkward routes and menus that no longer behave.
↗Small, contained faults in an existing React or Next.js site, reviewed first.
↗A deployment issue where the cause and safe fix can be clearly defined.
↗A visual defect, responsive adjustment or targeted layout correction.
↗Links, buttons or calls to action that no longer take visitors where they should.
↗A clearly scoped content or layout update that keeps your site current.
↗Diagnose · scope · repair · test · handover
Small changes deserve the same discipline as larger ones: understand the fault, agree the outcome, then change only what is needed.
Send the URL and a plain-English description of what has gone wrong.
We check whether it suits the fixed-price service and what access may be needed.
You approve the specific outcome before any work begins.
The isolated change is made carefully and tested against the agreed outcome.
You get a concise summary of what changed and anything worth knowing next.
Clear pricing
Every option starts in the same place: confirming exactly what will be done before work begins.
SiteTriage Repair
£49
One small, clearly defined website issue diagnosed and fixed.
SiteTriage Plus
£99
Up to three small, related issues, agreed together before work starts.
Website Improvement Session
From £199
A larger block of improvements, quoted around the work that is actually needed.
Larger, unclear or security-sensitive problems require a separate quote. Not every website problem will suit a fixed-price repair.
Process-based trust
Questions, answered
One clearly defined, related problem with an agreed outcome — for example, a contact form failing, a mobile navigation bug, or a specific layout defect. Diagnosis comes before a fixed scope is confirmed.
Work pauses before the agreed scope is exceeded. You will receive a clear explanation and, where useful, a separate quote for the next step. There is no obligation to proceed.
Some WordPress issues may be a fit, but the site and problem are reviewed first. Plugin conflicts, hosting access, security work and larger theme changes may need a separate quote.
Small, well-contained React or Next.js issues can be assessed. The codebase, build process and requested outcome need to be reviewed before confirming scope.
Potentially. A deployment failure can be reviewed first to check whether it is safe, accessible and small enough for the fixed-price service.
Only if it is necessary and agreed. Never send passwords through this website. We will discuss the least-privilege, safest way to provide access if it is needed.
Availability and complexity vary. You will receive a realistic start expectation after the initial review; no universal same-day promise is made.
No risky workaround will be forced. We will explain the constraint, recommend a sensible next step and can quote further work separately if appropriate.
